UPM Raflatac is a globally leading supplier of pressure sensitive labelstock and manufacturer of RFID (radio frequency identification) tagsand inlays (www.upmraflatac.com).
We are looking for Dynamic and Highly Motivated Professional to fill the following position:
Business Controller Post Date: 05 Mar 09
Main Responsibilities:
*
Manage & supervise full set account in Financial Statement (GL, AR, AP, Inventory, FA, payroll, tax, etc) and liaise with FS team (Spore) on SAP bookkeeping
*
Responsible for Account Receivable : Credit & customer control, overdue account management & analysis, Collection as company strategy to achieve Aging & Bad debt target
*
Responsible for Account Payable: Maintain AP issues, procedures, and policies (Open New Supplier & Edit existing account in SAP), Process & Control Supplier invoices and Staff expense claim
*
Cost & Inventory Control : utilization of SAP controlling module, Maintain contribution calculation & Stock valuation parameter according Group Policy, Coordinating inventory issues, procedures and policies
*
Prepare Monthly ,Quarterly and Yearly Financial Report
*
Liaise with external party : Tax Consultant, Auditor , Tax Office , Bank and other Government bodies
*
Ensure all the accounting issue comply with local statutory requirements and Group's Rules
*
Assisting in other office matters & ad-hoc duties in the area of operations, administration, HR, legal, etc
Requirements:
*
Hold a Bachelor degree (S1) from Accounting/Finance
*
At least have 5 years of working experience in the related field, especially in supervisor level, Multi National Company (preferable)
*
Familiar with any computerized Accounting Software, SAP (Preferable)
*
Knowledge in Local Tax issue
*
Be able to communicate in English (Verbal & Writting)
