Now looking potential and professional to fill the following position:
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER Post Date: 11 Mar 09
Job Roles:
* Involve establishing and maintaining accurate and timely financial reports, assisting in the implementation of an SAP system and establishing procedures for working capital.
* Responsible to control all cash management, assist in costing, review sales pricing and perform post production calculation analysis on a regular basis.
* Responsible to control and monitor all tax transaction, tax reporting and asset recording and reconciliation.
* Will also be tasked with all general accounting processes as well as providing monthly forecasting exercises and investment analyses to the Board Director.
* Create and complete all financial company procedure (SOP).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting/ Master's degree of Accounting/ MBA.
* Having 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
* Strong background experience for Costing & Inventory Accounting.
* Familiar with Activity Based Costing (ABC) Concept.
* Strong leadership ability and good team player with excellent interpersonal.
* Computer literacy preferable in Microsoft Excel environment and SAP application.
* CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate or external auditor background will be an advantage.
* Time management skills needs to meet deadlines.
* Good self motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization.
* Good command of English language both orally and in writing.

Terms, Condition and Benefits:
* Location : Head Office – Jakarta
* Working condition : 90% Closed Area, 10% Outside
* Report to : General Manager
* Compensation : Monthly Based Salary + Bonus Performance
