In charge of the Human Resources and General Affairs department,
including HR procedures, recruitment, payroll, competence and
performance management, insurances, expatriates, company licenses,
reporting to HQ, leads HR & GA team.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES:

* Good command of English.
* Around 10 years experience in HR management with minimum 3 years
experience with a multinational company in construction or EPC (oil
and gas, mining).
* Min.S1 from psychology or law from a reputable university.
* Excellent knowledge of Indonesian social and manpower
regulations, Indonesian labor Law, immigration regulations.
* Technical knowledge of computer literacy, payroll systems,
competence and performance management systems.
* Self driven, negotiator, showing strong communication skills, as
well as organized and service oriented
