Requirements :
* Graduate from a reputable university min with a bachelor degree
in any kind of major
* Male or female min 20 years old
* Possessing a degree in any discipline
* Pro active, excellence leadership and management skills
* Good at interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work very fast and perform under pressure
* Good Analytical and problem solving
* Computer Literate (MS.Office)
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
* Must have strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
* Possess high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control
improvement process
* A team player with matured attitude and ability to work
independently with min supervision in a highly demanding environment
* English proficiency, both in report writing and speaking would
be an advantage
