Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we have vacancies for the following position :

Accounting Officer

Duties and responsibilities :

    * Prepare A/P Journal (A/P Invoice)
    * Prepare Purchase Order.
    * Prepare Goods Receipt.
    * Prepare end of month Journal Entries.
    * Prepare billing for merchants (A/R Invoice).
    * Prepare outgoing payment vouchers.
    * Contact vendor to provide monthly invoice and tax invoice.
    * Analyze any significant changes in utilities cost.
    * Prepare general ledger summary using SAP.

Job Requirements :

    * Graduate from Accountancy with min GPA.3.0.
    * Min experience 1-2 years.
    * Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (particularly Word & Excel).
    * Has knowledge of tax regulation.
    * Meticulous and accurate.
    * Has ability to use own initiative and capable of working independently.
    * Excellent communication skills and fluent in written & spoken English.
    * Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
