GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

·     Minimum 3 years experience as HRD Manager.

·     Experience in IT Company or Engineering Service Company is an advantage.

·     Having knowledge in "UU-Ketenagakerjaan" and legal administration is a must.

·     Minimum S1 graduate, from Psychology or Management with min. GPA = 3.0.

·     Good inter-personal skill and communication skill.

·     Have initiative, can work individually and in team.

·     Preferably having good English, both spoken and written.
